At BecomeAnEX, we are committed to helping our members on their nicotine free journey. It’s our goal to be accessible, informative, and easy to use. We accomplish this with user-centered design.
User-centered design incorporates user needs, preferences, and feedback into every part of the design and build process. It helps us create a better user experience.
This year, we’ll be making updates to the EX Plan. We’re looking for volunteers to participate in feedback sessions.
These feedback sessions will have two formats. Some sessions will be remote video calls between 30 and 60 minutes. You’ll meet with a member of our product team who will walk you through design ideas and ask for your feedback.
Other sessions can be completed at any time by clicking a link and completing a series of tasks. We take that input, generalize it, and incorporate it into our product design process.
