weideman30 So, I fell off the wagon(smoking) and I am now trying to pick myself back up start over again! It seems more mental than physical. As spoon as I realize I am not wearing the patch, I reach for a cigarette. I think I need to go to a therapist. Any suggestions would be appreciated! And Happy Sunday to all!
