Moody_9-18-13 Thanks for taking the time to tell me that. I am not the most IT friendly person--but I so want to have the support of this community to finally quit for good. I have quit before but stupidly started again. I have my boys 11 and 7 keeping count with me so hopefully I will not let them or myself down again. Looking forward to riding my bike again with the boys
