Christy6 Yeah I'm actually thinking too about getting back into my yoga and pilates routines. I remember when I quit a while back... That really was a motivator. It burned up the cravings faster than I could imagine. Just that and maybe eating healthier. Gotta get better at both. 🙂 How are you doing though? I see you're on day 85! Congratulations.
