BonnieBee.quit.2.8.15 Thank you for the warm welcome!! I am trying so hard, feel so on edge tho, grit my teeth so much, I wish I could just relax a bit with my tension I feel physically. That seems to over ride my thoughts often. I am very grateful to have this place to come to... I have applied a few of the tactics to not feel so tense, but its still in there but I'm hanging in here!!
