Rick_M Thank you, Rick. Yes, it feels amazing. I'm getting ready to have surgery in the next couple of months and I remember one of the requirements at the seminar was that I had to quit smoking. At that time I thought how in the heck am I going to do that? I smoked 35 years, so I thought well, this is going to take forever, but I've done it and it will be one complete year by the time I have the surgery. They just wanted you to at least quit for two months prior. I wonder now why I ever smoked. I hope to be an inspiration to others trying. When someone asks me how hard it was I really try to help.
