Thomas3.20.2010 hey thomas! i just quit yesterday too! i am having a really tough time today. more so than yesterday. and today I even cried for about an hour. i havent given in to the urges yet, but it the nicodemon is rearing his UGLY head a lot today! I am currently on an 21mg patch (step 1) and it is still ridiculously hard! I had to quit not just to be healthy but to not have a blood clot or stroke or heart attack because I take estrogen daily, in the highest dose allowable, due to a early in life hysterectomy. anyway maybe we can help out one another since our quit date was the same...
