staceyk311 Hi All. Wasn't here all week because I found out that sitting on the computer while at home was a huge trigger. I've kept busy and as of last night at 11:30pm I have been smoke free for a week. Yes, 7 days. I'm so happy, that was a huge step for me. Now I have entered into my 2nd week. I feel great. Now, before I eat myself to death, I must join a gym. It is definitely true that smoking made me less hungry. So, I need to do that to balance out and be even healthier. How's everyone doing?
