riley8 Funny you should ask. Yesterday I was really struggling and I couldn't understand why until I counted the number of patches I had on hand. I forgot to put on a new one yesterday. I guess I can't go without them yet. I am fortunate, Liana, that my husband doesn't smoke so that probably makes it much easier for me. You are stronger than you think if you can ignore your husband smoking! What will be hard for me is to get together with those who do smoke, like my son. I want to be one of those obnoxious quitters that nags him to death about smoking before it is his death! I can't very well tell him to quit if I am puffing away. My Dad about drove me crazy with it after he quit. I hope day 5 is a great one for you. I have to learn how to blog. I have never done it so that is my current project. It should keep me occupied.
