racine I cannot believe it has been almost a year since I quit smoking. I feel so good with myself no more wheezing very little coughing breathing is so much better...its worth everything I had to go through to get to this point If I can quit anyone can! I smoked for over 40 years ...I am so thankful I found this site it has helped me so much ....Just dont ever give up you will be so glad you didnt when you are smoke free, your body will love you for it.
