Yaya2.6.10 Good morning ~_showered and was in bed around 9:30p. Dididn't fight it, and slept till 3:45 am_woke and had some juice and went back to bed. Didin't really have "good sleep" but wa in and out. Alarm, rang and I was already semi-awake, bounced out of bed looking for lighter and remembered I threw tem all away [~Happy Birthday mama ~] let out a sigh, I'm sure they heard in Vancouver, BC_need trigger was coffee! Uh huh, made tea instead...w/a little vanilla n brn sugar. Came here, finished Dr. Hunt's video, pressed the button once_read some more, been almost an hr and no smoking. But, wanted to_baddd! hello sunshine ~_gonna have another cup of tea.
