racheal I just did what I thought, unimaginable__threw away ALL the hidden half-smoke cigrettes that I usually go back and re-roll! And, thanks to the last e-mail and encouragement_Have a long night ahead of me. Was discouraged for a minute there, wanted a cigrette bad about an hour ago and called the WA state Hotline's 1-800-QUIT NOW_only to have no one answer!! Bummer, am going to need a coach for sure, but have declared WAR ON MY SMOKING__so Kat and I are headed outside.
