Yaya2.6.10 K_, back from Dr's. Had scary moment as I got close to corner store, so went 3 blks out of th way going and coming from Dr's office. Still have not had a smoke, tummy seems knotted-up and I'm a little antsy? Can't be stil. My Dr's increase pain Rx [am off work for carpal tunnel, both hands and torn rotor cuff] Their interested to see if increased dosage, twice aday [rather than 1 or 2 ] every 4-6 hrs will help manage the pain better and cut down on the anxiety. Thanks yaya and Strudel for tips and early morning battle plans_am reading, something TWICE. Gonna buy some tootsie pops, and gum__can't keep eating oatmeal/raisin cookies every "trigger"__.
