racheal K_you all ~__thanks to JoJo, ocdl,KarenG and strudel [again]__just smoked the 3rd cigrette of the day. Took the last one, of 4 singles bought yesterday and threw it in the sink in soapy water. I WILL NOT BUM from neighbours or go to the store and buy more. Walking n crying...have eaten 4 oatmeal raisin cookies and 2 All American Beef and Cheeze packets and drank one soda and six large glasses of water. Why, am I crying...? oh right, read this might happen. Is 7:43 pm and I am not gonna hide under the covers till i fall asleep. Read some more, don't think i will go the route of meds/Rx's. Two hours and 15 minutes till bedtime_will see primary Dr at 9am tomorrow, may need a mild anti-depressant. Will see how slumber tonight is before asking. I think, this may be the "quiet, before the storm" ;o)
