You should put commucations to the group in a blog! If you have a message for an individual, click on their picture and leave it on their message board! Waiting for a better time to quit is pointless! You have an addiction. The addiction will always find an excuse for postponing your quit! I bet you have planned to quit lots of times and it was just not the right time! There is no wrong time to quit! It is matter of making a commitment to yourself and honoring you word for the rest of your life! All the EXcuses you listed are just that EXcuses! Not one of those things is helped in anyway by smoking! As far as the Dr. sitting for a chat and costing $101.00, how much do you spend on cigarrettes in a month? And they don't even chat with you!
