pat-williams2 hello my name is Pat and I smoked my last cigarette on Sept 16th 2014. I ended up in the ER with a stroke and that was my wakeup call. Inspite of that,12 days and no cigarettes it is not getting easy, I thought in time the withdrawal would get easier but it is not what should I do? thanks
