Hi Katherine. You know, physically, you are where you are supposed to be. It can take up to 4-6 months for your brain to develop normal pathways again for feel-good endorphins. The nicotine used to supply that, and those receptors are dying off one by one. So No Man's Land is kind of waiting it out for the healing to continue, and it does get better. Good for you for blogging it, cause sitting in it by yourself can be dangerous. Look at you at 47 days! whyquit.com and quitsmokingonline.com will explain to you exactly what you are going thru at this time in your quit, and why. check it out. Stay the Course girl, N.O.P.E. N.E.F.
