browneyes48 Great firststeps ... I've found - over the past three weeks - that a "crutch" like nicotine lozenges is more than a blessing in disguise. Haven't once felt the urge to smoke, after 31 years of smoking ... All the very best and write to me if and when you need a pep talk, consolation or perspective.
