myra12 I just started my 5th week. First 2 week went find; then I gave into 2 or three drag to get me through. Therefore I've been smoking one cig a day lighting it up 3-4 times that day. One a day from 8-10 a day is an improvement. Not acceptable because I want to be free. My fifth week and I'm doing 7mgs now instead of 14mgs. Pray for me
