Lonita well how r the results? Life good with me....doing a low carb eating ritual and loosing and feeling pretty good as well...will say energy level has increased....not zippity do-dah 20 years younger energy but an improvement!! You r rockin' it on the days off the addiction and you are doing good lighting the path for me....two years for us just beyond the horizon...crazy to think we seemed just day one so shortly ago! It's a beautiful thing and you are a beautiful and wonderful woman...I am blessed to know you so thanks for that blessing!
