minnie56mouse it has been 21 hours since my last cigerette. i got up this morning went about my morning routine without a cigerette. i went shopping and didn't have a cigerette. but yes i thought about having one all day. hopefully the next few days will be less thinking of having a cigerette hope everyone has had a good smoke free day
