hutton93 You can absolutely do it. Fill out your profile, and just write a blog every day counting down. That's what I did, and it really helped changed my perspective. I had tried to quit hundreds of times, from not so serious to very serious attempts. But this one was just different. I just let it go. I think that just kind of happens as you get educated on your specific addiction (tracking and the quit plan), surround yourself on here with success stories and write about all of it. I know one quitter who has a spouse that still smokes and she's staying strong. I pointed her in your direction. You can do this!
