WAY TO GO!!!! I'm doing ok, it's hard when I'm at home because I've got smokers in the house but as long as I go out and I have, gone bike riding 3 days straitght now, I'm good, I'm trying to think ahead and make a plan to keep busy. Tomorrow I start my new job haven't working in a whole lot of years and never as an ex smoker, so hopefully it goes well
