ljguptill This is my quit day! It's 11:20 pm and I had my last cigarette last night before bed. I made it all day, wearing a patch. I walked 3 times today, once for 15 min. once for 20 min. and a third time for 15 min. This helped me feel like I was in charge of this whole business. I used to walk and jog 4-5 days a week before I picked up this nasty habit again 9 years ago. I feel good about being smoke free, and just have to stay strong and divert my attention away from the sneaky self talk that is bound to happen...
