I'm a quiter allright ...I've quit on quiting....lapsed back into smoking after doing good for a month...now I smoke and chew nicorette gum in between....helping me control it at least...hope you're doing better...are you on 2mg yet?...that would be real progress...you should be proud of yourself...maybe soon will be my last but...problem is I have no support frm anyone...hope you're well
