kimmers79 I am on the path to quitting. This week I hardly smoked at all. Yesterday I finished hopefully the last pack of cigarettes for me. I bought a vap pen to help with the urges and for something to do in place of smoking. I am also going to use the patch. Once I get the patch I will switch the oil in my vap pen to non-nicotine containing oil. I am having my wisom teeth pulled tomorrow so it is a really good time for me to quit. Wish me luck!!
