Kris13 I am here -- back at work. Sorry we were out of town from Friday until late last night. I am still hanging and in fact, feeling pretty good about it. No cigs since last Thursday night and the last couple of days have been okay. Headache is pretty much gone along with the rest of the really crappy symptoms. How about you? Are you still with me!!
