I know it gets tough at times but you CAN do it...We all need sleep there is two things that may help no caffene afet 6 pm also melatonum is a natural herb that really helps me sleep...I took tylenol pm also to help me sleep are get your doctor to get you something....I sleep better now then i eer did when i smoke i use to wake up coughn so hard i would about puke i never cough at all anymore ever and i am just going on 7 weeks so it does not take long before you will be able to sleep and the cravings are not bad at all...hang in there and take it one day at a time,.,Karen
