Annie5 I promise first 72 hours is worse your fighting both the addiction and the mental game after 3 days you will only fight the mental game it is tough but only if you let it be tell your mind I dont care how hard this is i will not pick one up...I drank a few beers tonight my worse trigger for me but I am hangn in there it is not a option nomore for me so I will grin and bear it you can do this one day at a time hang in there you will be so glad you did for you and your family....God Bless, Karen
