Tracey2 Tracey, I seen you on Kathy's page and wanted to say Cold Turkey is the best way I been smoking since i was 13 I am 46 I am on my 27th day smoke free and has not really been that bad because I told myself that is it I am done with this B/S...I found out I have mild emphysema so that is all i needed will never touch them again...Good Luck You can do this it is all in the mind just tell yourself it will not be that bad and it will not be....Good LUck, Karen
