IrishRose Hey Rose! We're doing great! I'm so close to a year. I'm glad to see your doing quite well! About the kayaking thing, the human body can go hypothermic in a very short time in 60 degree water! Up here in Pennsylvania it's recommended that one wears a full wet suit for winter kayaking. Just be careful! Congrats on your quit!
