joni15 Hi Joni, I don't know if I'm doing the right thing but I am using the e-cig, and I have cut down on cigs already so much it is not even funny. I also have very high anxiety infact its part of my disability. Good luck to both of us. I will be right here with you if you need me. 🙂 Janie
