Giulia Thank you so much for the encouraging words. Actually, my quit day is Saturday (one more day to smoke). I do feel a little more calm about it taking the Chantex. I feel like I am just sucking air now when I smoke. No taste....so that is good. I have now told my family I'm quitting. I know the good cell, cancer stuff is an excuse, but I heard the oncologist tell my Dad it did not matter if he quit smoking 40 years ago. The lung cancer was caused from his smoking.....now he was 92. I do want to be a non smoker. My husband and I are going on a trip in a few weeks and smoking is just TOO complicated. I do want to be free. Look forward to talking again.
