IQUIT67 Well here I am 7 days smoke free. I am so proud of myself. It has been pretty rough sometimes but I am listening to Allen Carrs audio book on you tube and some meditation. I am using the patch and lozenges. Overall it has not been that bad. I wanted this for along time and determined to quit for good this time. I was on meds for blood pressure but 4 days in my bp has been 122/85. Yaaay me!
