butterflybp2 butterfly: Gotta run and can't find the exact links, but look through the discussion topics here: Candid Quitters group I posted one there with one of the Allen Carr books on line. Somebody else posted another discussion topic with a bootlegged version of Carr's Easy Way book. There are a ton of good links on this list with some more books and great info. Actually, a lot of the WhyQuit topics may be even more useful since they deal with the actual things you are going through two months into a successful quit!
