jojo_2-24-11 Hi jojo...I used to tell my Dr. I could die from complications of obesity as easily as I could from smoking, but for me I now realize that it was just an excuse. I am using a stability ball and hand weights, walking my puppy and watching what I eat to keep from gaining weight. Thanks for your input!
