Jawidge Thanks for your thoughts-- Day 5 has beeneasier- Just when I think I am out of the woods- bam-I get hit by one- I try not to wrestle with em' but it usually makes me question my quit- I always, or as quickly as i can go back to the thought,-I have a strong commitment to myself to never take another puff-ever!!
