I was kind of lost 😞 To answer your question--I dont have any health problems other than high blood pressure. I now realize that smoking - is definitely not helping. I read some of Dales blogs and have sent him a few messages. His blog is interesting and informative. Ive learned so much - with The EX Community. Thanks for your help..
