faylie I have been trying to quit for a month now. I am using the patch. I was good the first few days but now I smoke five out of seven days. I need help. I am hoping to get encouragement from others. I have a medical condition that puts me at risk for getting ovarian cancer and have to take medication just because I smoke and the medication lowers my risk. I am scared of getting cancer or not being able to breath when I get older but it isn't enough to get me to stop smoking. I really need support.
