Helen13 u will have times when u feel itll be easier to just light up.. but it wont.. because u will be right where u started.. just ride it out .. go in search for hugs .. call ur grand kids..put on some happy music... do something that makes u smile.. u can get through this.. one craving at a time ... :D.. am proud of u well done hon
