ShawnP Thanks, Shawn, it's a journey like quitting but it goes back and forth, some days are better than others, some MOMENTS are easier than others but I think it is getting better. I just have to accept the fact that it is one day or moment at a time. Sometimes I feel like there is a corkscrew running through my body from the front to the back and it changes position, the pain is seriously BREATH taking and makes it impossible to move forward ALL the time so I have to take enforced breaks.
