downtown4 Dear Community, I just wanted to share my progress. I am very happy to say that I am doing great I had some weak moments during the weekend, But I was able to avoid smoking. I went to work out so much that my body is in pain, LOL. I feel very confident that this is the best decision ever, but still taking one day at a time and pray that God will help me to keep strong. I really appreciate your support. I am very proud of me. YEA!!!! Amy
