debrazgalaxy I quit Oct. 19...and am using the Electronic cigarette. TRUST me when I tell you that IT helped me to take the leap~ BUT in no way do I take in as much nicotine as I did when I smoked a pack or two a day. MY addicition is 35 yrs old...by my own hand ..but I was concieved and raised by people who smoked arounf us kids. SO , I think I am overcoming a defect in my DNA which was BUILT with nicotine AS a component.
