David-G Hello to all. I just started today in my quest to be an Ex to cigarettes. I am a recording of 31 years, well struggling recording artist of 31 years. I just want to stop smoking. At the age of 51 I have hopes on seeing 51 more years but I know that smoking is not going to help me get there. I look forward to communicating with people who are on the path to being smoke free.
