cwood9999 Thanks for keeping an eye on me! School has started back up, and I have been soooooo busy that today is the first time I've had to sit down at the computer other than working on lesson plans! Things are going well, and I feel like I'm getting closer and closer to the point where rage/tension/aggression/stress etc. aren't triggering the urge to smoke anymore. What does get me, is when I walk across someone's smoke path, and even though it's stinky, those damned receptors in my brain go "CIGARETTE!" Doing well, though. How are you doin?
