changeling2 i am afraid to quit do to a mental block. i was tortured in a psychiatric hospital and they used cigarettes to reward me and punish me. i became very violent without them and the memory is still there i don.t want to get violent cause in past attempts to quit this has stopped me. thank you for caring. i don't know what to do. this is why i am stalling
