MePlus3 happy 4th day Kimberly !!!! Are you feeling like it is leveling off a bit ? I thik one begins to get used to the feeling of the crave and it losses a lot of its power ! Yes the lozenge dissolves they have two types the regular and the smaller ones but I found the smaller ones to taste to strong and kind of a burning sensation that I did not like so I liked the reg size I never had to leave it in my mouth for long so I put it in a little pill case to use over again as needed I did the same with the gum because I found them to be stronger then I needed I hope I am being clear it is hard to explain !
