Nyima_1.6.13 Thanks Nyima! I too grew up surrounded by chain smokers, which made that first cigarette almost like a rite of passage. Never gave it a second thought until moving to the states and realizing that my body is giving up. I think I am finally doing this for the right reasons. Best of luck to everyone.
