Beckyw52 Thank you everyone for your help, I am looking forward to having you all by my side on my journey...I have to say I can't wait till this day is over. I have tried several times to quit smoking but for some reason my urge to smoke was more often then my other quit attempts. Tomorrow will be my day of reading all the links posted .
