amjackson I am doing fair but I haven't completely quit yet. I just can't seem to stop those last 3 cigarettes in a day. I usually smoke them in the evening while watching TV but feel guilty when I do it so maybe I can work on it just a little bit more. Those cravings just take over then and I feel frustrated and want one so bad so I light it up. Perhaps if I stop buying them and they are not there that would make it better. I am trying but just seem to give those ones up yet.
